The ReHyB consortium is composed of six complementary partners from three European countries (NO, AT, DK), all with profound expertise in the topic. It is well-balanced mixture of two scientific and four industrial partners, where all four are SMEs. All consortium members have sufficient and relevant expertise to cover all objectives. In addition, they provide the needed infrastructure to fulfil the objectives of the ReHyB project. With regards to the objectives, the consortium keeps a proven and manageable project structure to minimise the risks to achieve the ambitious goals of the project. Overlap of knowledge and know-how is managed to ensure optimum comprehension and collaboration within the inter-disciplinary field of the ReHyB project which is knitting together contributions from engineering and chemistry (for the hybrid BESS), environmental science (for sustainability), economics (for the business cases), and sociology (for the island communities elements).
